Under Swiss FADP and GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data.
How to Make a Request
Email your request to privacy@effuziongroup.com. We will respond within 30 days. No identity verification required beyond what is necessary to fulfil your request.
We collect only what is strictly necessary to provide our services:
- • Account credentials (email, hashed password) — for authentication only
- • Session cookies — strictly functional, deleted on logout
- • Contact form submissions — deleted after response
- • Application data — encrypted, retained per legal obligations
We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, profiling, or sell your data. Zero data retention by design.
Vos droits
Access
Confirmation of whether we process your data and a copy of that data.
Rectification
Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure
Deletion of your data where no legal obligation prevents it.
Portability
Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Restriction
